Product details and specifications

Aluminium profile with a 40 × 40 mm cross-section and 8 mm grooves. Listed weight: 1.80 kg per metre. Choose the length and, where offered, finish from the available variants. Black versions have a matt powder-coated finish; silver versions are offered where listed. Small surface marks may occur during cutting and transport. Threaded ends are supplied only where expressly identified in the selected variant.

Plan a modular profile assembly

Choose the profile cross-section for the structure you are building and the length for the available space. Remember that brackets, end caps and adjoining profiles take up additional room. Measure the finished assembly, rather than assuming a single profile length is equal to the complete outside dimension.

Match the 8 mm groove system with suitable T-nuts and connectors, and choose fastener lengths for the thickness of the attached component. Only variants expressly described as threaded include that machining detail. Check the selected finish and length together when matching existing cockpit components, and plan exposed ends for suitable finishing caps.
